A smaller version of the Boxed Queen Mystery. It uses a regular playing card instead of the jumbo playing card and can be carried around in your coat pocket.

Effect: An empty ornate black box is shown to the spectator. The lids are closed and with a magical pass of your hand, you open the top of the box. You remove any small object or a small box of playing cards (not included) from the empty box. The box is shown empty once again. The lids are closed, the deck is shuffled and your spectator is asked to select a card. The card is lost back in the deck and the spectator may shuffle the cards. Another magical pass is made over the cards. You start turning the cards over face up one at a time. "Tell me when I get to your card", you say. The selected card (the Queen of Hearts) never turns up. At that point, the cards are moved to the side, the top lid is opened and a Queen of Hearts is removed from the box!

The box is opened and offered for close up inspection. The box may also be used as a production piece. The load chamber will hold any small item like a silk or anything else you can dream up. The bottom of each piece is hand signed in silver by the creator making this a highly collectible piece of magic.
