Mention the title 'Homing Card' and you will imediately think of one of our immortals, the late, great Fred Kaps. Thanks to that zany magician Phillipe Fiahlo, I was lucky enough to spend some unforgettable days none of us realized that Fred's days were numbered and we would shortly be bidding our last farewells.

The following routine was dreamnt up and sent to friend Phil Willmarth in September 1984 and it was shown to Peter Heinz Kersten and friends at the Eastbourne Convention. This routine has never appeared in print and although the plot is similar to the standard 'Homing Card', the method and finish are differant. The routine is dedicated to Fred, I only hope he would have approved!

Supplied: Five red-backed cards, One blue-backed card. The cards supplied may be differant than the cards shown, but have no bearing on the effect itself. The important fact is using high value red spot cards and two black court cards.
