Way back in 2007 Magic Broadcast ran a contest that included over $6,000.00 in Prizes! Sponsors included: Hocus Pocus, Magic City, Grand Illusions, Magic Depot, When you Wish Magic, Nathan Kranzo and editor, Magi-Ken. The object of the contest was to come up with original routine(s) with the theme "Message Magic". All entries would present a trick or series of tricks with a routine that conveys a positive and truthful message about a value, concept, moral, religious teaching, product/service, or which warns against some danger the audience can choose to avoid.
